At HL badminton, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and reliably.

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

  • Cost: Shipping is free on orders over $100.

  • Delivery Time: Orders typically take 2–7 business days to arrive, depending on your proximity to our headquarters in Southern California.

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1 business day for order processing before your item ships.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your item, please review the following guidelines:

  • 30 Day Money Back Guarantee(USA Only): Applies only to advanced rackets.

    • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

      • This applies to items in both new and used condition.

      • Returned items must include the original racket and case cover.

        • The original strings and grip are not required upon return.

    • Once your return is initiated, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

    • Full refund includes, product, shipping, and tax—no exceptions.

  • Other Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

      • Shuttles, grips, string, nets, intermediate rackets, physical education rackets and other miscellaneous accessories must be unopened and in their original packaging upon return.

  • Return Shipping Costs

    • USA return shipping is free. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. International orders do not qualify for free returns(buyer pays shipping).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@hlbadminton.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
